1. General Refund Terms
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Registration fees, admission fees, and any one-time enrollment charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Any fees paid for study materials, books, or digital resources are also non-refundable once provided to the student.

- If the student withdraws before the commencement of classes, 95% of the course fee will be refunded after deducting non-refundable fees.
- If the student withdraws within the first 7 Days classes/sessions, a pro-rata refund will be provided based on the number of classes attended.
- No refunds will be provided after attending more than 20% of the course.
- Online Courses:
- Refunds are only applicable if the student has not accessed more than 90% of the course content.
- Once a course is fully accessed or completed, no refunds will be provided.
3. Refund Exclusions
The following circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Failure to attend classes or access course material due to personal reasons (e.g., change in schedule, illness, etc.).
- Lack of improvement in performance or dissatisfaction with teaching methods.
- Termination of enrollment due to misconduct or violation of institute policies.
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
